Let’s take a look at the GBP/USD hourly chart.
As you can see, we’re in a rising channel and we’re currently touching the bottom trend line.
It’s a little too early to tell if yesterday’s high will hold but we may see another push up – if we do, look for a test of this high (1.6450 area) and if we break above that, then look for the currency pair to potentially continue up to test the high from May (around the 1.6550 area).
Watch the pair in relation to the trendline its sitting on.
